    i just installed Eugene's Vibrant7 (which includes OC kernel) Rom and his recommended lagfix. I didn't dl SETCPU or anything like that since i'm completely satisfied with my battery life and speed.

    I'm thinkin launch would be the safest bet, I'm sure $1500 over eBay wouldn't be too hard to get, if not more. Christmas is trickier, within a month the word of mouth should have spread on whether it's hot or not, so that may cause things to fizzle out a bit, but I'm sure if you look hard...
