for those who went 360 camping at the 24hr wal-marts do they usually line up inside or outside of the store?

My LD-1W blinks red when not on and charging. Upon turning on, it blinks green at about 4-5 second intervals. When paired, I get a blue light blink right after the green light blink at the same interval. I have never seen a white LED?
