mostly I think it is because my wavebird d-pad doesn't respond very well to inputs and I end up running into those blue dudes the wavebird, wiimote and classic controller d-pads are all shit

It'd be awesome if they opened up 2mb of RAM like hey did with the first N80 firmware update. It'd also be nice if the Video Center didn't crash the phone when I try to unsuccessfully watch YouTube videos. That's all I can think of right now.
