vibrato is a by-product of relaxed isolated singing and proper breath support(diaphragm....yawn). If youre tensing the larynx or overblowing you can chalk it up. It really is rather independent of strength but directly related to proper technique. Practice Ah's. Can't get more open and relaxed...
