im not sure if youve used a symbian device before - if you havent, then youll notice that they all are fairly "sluggish" (including the n80) - its just something that goes with the territory of owning a s60 device ps - youll probably have more luck with this thread in the s60 forum...

I just have had much better luck with SmartMovie and I think the video quality is much better than mp4(regardless of format). Just my opinion.
