I love this movie and think it's one of the absolute classics, well written, beautifuly shot and it poses a lot of questions about exploitation and mankind. I would have to place it in at least my top 5 movies of all time. Where (if anywhere) in your top 50 would you place it ?

Im looking forward to it, so what?

Spoiler-laden thread! Had to be careful reading this one! I guess scenes can be upsetting because of graphic violence or emotionally upsetting because they are sad. Being as tough and desensitized as I now am  I have to think back to seeing films as kid I was probably too young for to...

Cheers for the explanation. Cleared that up. As for the movie, it can't be that bad surely! I'll be gutted if it is. Surely they couldn't mess it up after such a long wait to come up with a story. If it is disappointing then it'll be a big missed opportunity.

Can i ask why they are doing the first book as the 21st film? Surely they should have done it as the first film or is that too logical? Seeing as the first film isn't the first book what is the order of the James Bond films?

Angels and Demons has had some quite scathing early reviews. It's ironic that Dan Brown writes his books as if he is writing a film screenplay, and as it turns out, they don't translate to the big screen too well at all.
