I've used an original palm case for sometime with my old Tungsten E and went and purchased another one for my TX. However, I'm not that impressed. The quality seems a bit poor. The hinges catch, and the latch that holds it closed has just broken... Still, I wouldn't want to not have a hard case...

Verizon does have the Gzone or something like that which is water dust and shock resistant, which would probably be good for you, but it is pretty expensive and I believe it is fairly large. Depending on how important that toughness is to you, you might want to check it out. good luck -z

F11 doesn't work for me. The best way for me is to hit the Finder in the dock, then navigate to the desktop folder to get access to files that are on the desktop.
