    How about Scorpions?

Blackout has some top tunes- No One Like You and especially China White but I have never been a huge fan of the band. Animal Magnetism is usually said to be their best album but I just couldn't get on with it. I do like Savage Amusement from 1988 although it has a commercial sound.

    Corrosion of Conformity

I've never heard Blind. Of the older albums I have Eye for an Eye, Animosity and Technocracy. I'd actually say I'm more of a fan of the later stuff as well, even though the only one of the later albums I have is Deliverance ("Pearls Before Swine" is probably my favorite song on that one). I've...

Pokemon 5th Generation: What do you hope for next?

You forgot to mention that Team Rocket and Giovanni would get resolution, as would the GS BALL. I've pictured something like this myself. In my vision though, May and Max are Birch's children rather than Norman's while Brendan is Norman's son, Drew would not come across as a Gary knock-off...

Music Banter Hall Of Fame: Nominations Thread

My personal faves/recs: Naked City Torture Garden Radio You can just say you don't like the music instead of essencially telling us that we're voting for him because he's obscure. I could debate with you back and forth about why the music is good but that'd be pointless. You like what...

    Weekly Music Trading Post

Exuma - Exuma I Fire I don't think that's the record's cover, but it's a very fitting image regardless. This is, in Gunnel's worRAB , 'Some obscure late 60's carribean freak-folk!' and he did a good job of sending me something outside my regular listening habbits. Unfortunately I didn't...

    The Official Green Day Thread

*raises hand* they don't interest me. their music is one dimensional, with very little substance, and all they have going for them is their image. by dissing kiss, we're not personally attacking YOU. hard concept to grasp I know, but if you don't grasp it now, ya may as well just give up...

Viz to publish five One Piece volumes a month in 2010

JUMP will probably sum up what happened in the skipped volumes. Even so, look at like with DBZ. Nobody knew what had happened beforehand back in those days but people still bought into it.

    Albums Marred by Over/Under Production

The production of All Things Must Pass does sound a bit overpowering in retrospect but I find it actually adRAB to songs like What is Life which benefit from being blasted in all their glory. Anyway, as much as it deviates from the purpose of this thread, I feel I have to post this. Look no...
