I adore black & white films esp The Arsenal Stadium Mystery, Passport to Pimlico and Sunset Boulevard. I love the old Harold Lloyd ones too. Nothing better than settling down on the settee in front of the fire on a cold day with a big mug of tea, a plate of biscuits and a b&w film on the tv :D

Can't obviously speak for the cinema you visit, but at the one I work at, we do screen checks every 30 minutes and stand at the back of the screen for 2/3 minutes to make sure everyone is keeping their trap shut/behaving. If not, they're ejected straight away. Perhaps people are checking the...
