My Nokia 6030 gets the best reception that I have had in a long time. The only one that came close was the Nokia 6010. I think any of the Nokia's or Motorola's are going to be your best bet as far as reception goes. EDIT: Just read your post again, and I don't think the 6030 would work for you...
