For the past year I've been experiencing clear watery fluid coming out of my nose. Sometimes it'll happen when I'm bending over and sometimes it'll happen when I'm sitting or standing perfectly straight up. It pours right out, kind of like my nose is a faucet. It doesn't run down the insides...
