Ok, so ive had this problem for a while, in my legs (mainly my right one) I get this tingly numb feeling in my leg(mainly my feet), I think it started after i felt similar kind of pain in my private parts (embaressing I know) and have experienced it in my hand and ear since as well(right side)...

also gromacs dont show going by 1s they go by 5s 25s and stuff... :) but in the log they go by ones :) but i always push CTRL+ALT+DELETE to check if im running gromacs or a crappy tinker
