For the person who asked... Its split onto 2 discs the film because there was not enough room to have it all on one disc this time. The picture quality and sound etc + deleted scenes etc forced them to split it up.

Watched it with my daughter a couple of weeks ago but missed a fair chunk due to a lengthy phone call but it seemed ok. She enjoyed it, though obviously not as much as Shrek 1 and 2. Especially Shrek 2........
