Doom metal is a completely seperate genre, really. Death is the best death metal band. Bolt Thrower is amazing.

lol Hot Damn! is essential party jams. We had an ETID Sing along/air jam on our way back from Gainesville. They're solid musicians. Hot Damn! is their tightest stuff.

daves one of those musicians that can do it all, and do it all really good! I liked him the best as a drummer for Nirvana. i saw him play drums with Tenacious D, he was awsome.

Michael Angelo also knows how to make slower stuff sound good. Listen to any of his albums straight through, you'll know what I mean. Therefore I pick him. Page and Hendrix are way overrated. Vai, Satriani, Batio, Malmsteen, and Petrucci are very talented too. There's not a single best.
