Current firmware right now is .42 I know that the earlier versions had problems with random crashing. I was under the impression that V4 fixed all that. This is all news to me. Is the phone branded. Maybe its the carriers own firmware that is making it crash?

Thanks a lot! I think the program was called Ringtone Editor before they renamed it, because they both have the same icon. It doesn't seem to work though... but there are two programs in the install directory, ringtone editor and my ringtone.I'll try making it a sis and install. Thanks a lot =)...
