Even though it was a new direction and that's probably why most don't like it, I think Adore is really good. It's a bit overlong, but not as bad as a double CD. It helps that I was already a fan of electronic & industrial music though, both of which influenced the album to some degree.

For sure, it took me a long time to get into them too... I just thought it was a little dull but after a while their music begins to grow on you. I wouldn't listen to them when in bad mood though.

Mastodon - Crack The Skye I've only listened to it once all the way through but it sounRAB pretty damn good :D Troy and Brent's vocals sound alot better on this album than previous ones and Troy's bass is alot higher in the mix, giving the album a huge sound. It'l probably take a few more...
