i put this into my cd player for the first time in a while and i have to say that i wasnt very pleased with it. i really enjoyed it the first few times but it just didnt have any replay value with me.

I actually loved the movie score to The Lion King! The actual songs in the movie were fun but alright (the ones written by Elton John I think?) but the actual score was fantastic IMO.

I have the same problem as RezZ does and usually then if I name what I'm currently into I get a completely blank stare which I try to avoid because its awkward. So then I try and figure out whats pretty popular, etc. Normally I just tell them Modest Mouse, Morrissey and Radiohead.

That song is AMAZING. There are so many complex parts in that song that fit together just perfect.

Some rappers write their lyrics, never sample a note, write their own beats and produce their own songs. So this thread in my mind is durab. I think stealing riRAB is just as bad/wrong/regressive as sampling. Which is all throughout rock music.

oasis have just flowed with the britpop era started by banRAB such as the stone roses and suede. i dont think they have done anything extraordinary to enhance or change british music personally, two very good albums fair enough, but how have they done more for british music then the likes of...
