i have had that email in the past, but i have always found that they have come within a day or two of the email, so either i have been lucky, or they do that incase they are delayed in delivery from royal mail and to stop customers chasing too early.

Jigsaw wouldn't have killed the Doctor imo. My reasoning? Jigsaw has never actually killed anybody, but rather gets them to kill themselves. Plus, apart from killing the boy, the doctor did what Jigsaw intended him to do and sawed his foot off. I think its a possibility that he died from blood...
