Well yes, you could buy an unlocking program for the T-mobile Dash. Thats what I got for my Dash and I use mine on Cingular no problem. But if you unlocked it it would only work on T-mobile or Cingular.

you wont find one. the k750/w800/w810/w900 all have the best 2mp camera out there. you would have to go 3mps which i doubt you'll find one less than $350 unless its dead, broken, cracked, stolen, or pink... EDIT: wait, i think the RAZR has a pretty good camera, definatly check into that...
