I think newzbin is the best you can get. Other indexing sites like newzbin will have the same files indexed as them. So just stick with it I say. a.b.dvd.erotica has its own site though where you'll find out about new and upcoming releases for that group first. Don't have a link for it but...

It variates from tracker to tracker (like everything else in the world variates). The bad seeded part is true on some well known 0day trackers, but that's not the case on a tracker I know. No seedingrules exist but yet members keeps seeding their files for months, and some members even for years. :)

That is definitly a high carb diet and is simply not healthy. All those carbs will load the weight on you.

I am scared about having vericose vein surgery in 2 weeks. I have never had this done obviously. It's just one long vein in my left leg. I am having the lasor thing done in the upper part of the leg, and the actual removal in the inner lower leg. I am afraid of complications if any. Like...

I agree with a couple of the comments above. In The Big Bang Theory, Sheldon is definitely becoming the star of the show. HIMYM Barney especially, but all the other characters have more dimensions than drippy dull Ted.
