So I downloaded Overnet Lite from that link but my download are as slow as KazaaLite. The only difference is that when I do a search on Overnet Lite, I can find better files than KazaaLite. Should I use that this Overnet Loader on my Lite that everyone is talking about in that other topic?

Newzbin and newzmonster have served me well. I have had no problem finding english files, and as said above newzbin has the flag system. They are generaly english unless the flag says otherwise.
