Err..not familiar with web browsing on multiple phones but I've been using the BB 8100 with EDGE and it is blazingly fast...it also supports java script although sometimes the pages come up as mobile pages....but sometimes it doesn't...is HTML format very important to you or just the content?

lol...good analogy! Since posing the question I've been using my N95 exclusively plugged into my TV. While it's not nearly as clear as others i've seen it's pretty damn fun to play some games and surf the web on the big screen. *posting from the N95 w/ SU-8W on a 30" LCDTV*
