He was disappointed with the late eighties drug scene of LA. Of course, that was when he was like 15 or 16. I guess the novelty of playing out in the desert grew on him and he just stayed where he was. I'm pretty sure he lives there still, and has investments in the local desert rock scene.

Avid music listeners like most on here would, but the vast majority of people can`t see beyond the popular acts anyway, and even if they did they probably wouldn`t enjoy them anyway. I`m kind of glad about this, as the best kept secrets are usually kept for those in the know.

Most of everything Zeppelin had ever been accused of stealing was lyrics which you admit isn't their strong point anyway. That or vocal melodies. The only stolen Page riff I can think of is Moby Dick taken from a Bobby Parker song that every band in the 60s ripped off at some point anyway...
