So for quite a while now it seems I can never sleep in or sleep 8 hours because I will start feeling sick with dizziness and nausea and my ears ring, and a lot of times I can't even sit for very long periods of time because I start feeling the same way as if I was in bed. This programme has just turned into a farce. RB credibility is seriously shot. I will watch the last episode but if by some miracle the programme returns I will not watch it is a shadow of the former programme.

That also seems strange to me. When I took it for bronchitis they had me do a course of 5, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1. So I would wean it down. Never heard of doing it in 2's. I'd definitely check.

Absolutely, Julia does this instinctively. As an aside I just can't stand watching so called actors who just play themselves all the time, may be type casting I know... :yawn:
