Ah I don't agree with that, it's not a bad cover but it lacks the potency of the original. I know Dylan isn't an amazing singer but I do love his country crooning voice and it suits the song a lot better than Axl's rapsy wailing, not that I don't like his raspy wailing it's just a weird corabo.
