You can set up newsbin to download new posts periodically but I don't think you can get it to check the news server for new posts and then download them auto. I usually post something and request at the same time but you might want to check out #alt.binaries.tvseries, #alt.binaries.games etc...

No there are no mHD. Only transparent encodes are allowed. mHD isn't even HD. It has very marginal gain compared to xvid
