It's out today i think. Looks ok from the trailer, but then i think i've pretty much seen the whole film from the trailer, so not sure i'll bother.

Oh God tell me about it. Just drinking a lot of warm water is normally soothing enough to continue though, a lot of the time the major issue with a lot of screaming is phlegm, so much comes up and it just clogs up, that makes highs harder than any swelling.

I did not like the way it ignored the previous Alien films. Somehow it now only takes minutes for an Alien to develop and burst out rather than a couple of days. I cannot see scientists knowing that there is an Alien queen in the Artic ocean and just leaving it there. So the creature...

I hope its true, i know so many people who hated the first one but i thought it was great for a bit of fun, nothing serious but a good laugh. Can't wait for number 2!!!

I enjoyed reading them as a child, but re-reading one as an adult I found all the Christian allegory quite off-putting. As a kid that sort of thing just goes over your head and you can enjoy them as a good yarn, but as an adult it's annoying and intrusive.

Oh, I love this film. I found it so real and heartwarming.

I'm quite lucky in that I have a two CineworlRAB (formerly UGCs), a Vue, and two Odeons (formerly UCIs) within a few miles of me! We usually go to Vue as it's closest. It used to be worth a trip to UGC as it was cheapest but since it changed to Cineworld it's much the same as the others. Odeon...
