Well, I'm reviving this dead thread. I use an 8GB 3rd Gen. iPod touch with a set of Sennheiser HD 201 headphones. When in the car, I use the same iPod with a Sony cassette-to-CD adapter.

my local classic rock station just died. now it's basically early-mid 90's music, from grunge to alternative and whatnot. it sucks. then there's the "new rock" station that used to actually play rock. they still call themselves that, but they play christina aguilera, so i give up. they play...
