Hm. This is a good point. Isn't it possible, even in those cases, to find ways to get their music from more equitable labels, though? Or do they only publicize through EMI/Sony uniquely?

I like downloading it's easy and free. Although I download a lot, if there's an album I like I'll go out and buy it becuase I think having a CD collection is important and a lot more personal. Plus I like the artwork lulz.

Ya dude they're really good...check out the Daptone 7" Single Collection, it's a bunch of similar stuff from Daptone RecorRAB, including her. Awesome modern vintage soul, these guys really capture the sound dead on!
