The new acne cream no doubt caused inflammation, perhaps was too strong for your skin type. Have you tried an oil free lotion for dry skin. I like the Neutregena oil free face lotion. Does not clog pores, etc. I would use only a ph balanced mild face cleaner such as Neutregena liquid, rinse...
