I'm really not sure if it's their best. It's quite possible that it's not. But that's the first album by them I heard and it remained most listened to me. That's all.

I downloaded Regina Spektor - Begin to Hope last night. This morning it became my newest obsession! Definitaly recommend it. Her voice just gets better over time.
