Get a new battery, it might just be that. Those MPx220 aren't bad at all for a Microsoft-based device. True, it's a bit bulky, but the camera is one of the best 1MP ones around, even if the flash is useless. And I never could get mine to sync over Bluetooth. Then again, mine's unlocked.

using ogg or m4a is like using a mac it works, sometimes better, but a lot less compatible. especially when you go and convert all your music to some weird format and then want to put it on a different device and can't or are restricted as to what hardware you can buy.
