I think HyperM3 needs to do a hard reset. I had it on my N73 before I got the N75 and found it superior to the previous vanilla firmwares.

The Wii is very much so worth the money... eventually you'll be able to have a plethura of N64 and SNES favorites, not to mention older favorites from other systems. Combine that with the favorites from the GC library...and then add on Wii games, and I would say yes... the Wii is very much so...
