    Thought I'd update after only 2 weeks I got it Doh! Anyway the phone is great didn't come with the earbuds but did come with the lower portion a 1 gig stick and usb cable. I felt alright paying $225 with shipping phone itself is in very good shape no scratches, everything seems to work etc...
