As we all know, many cartoon kids have a sibling or two to bounce lines/scenes/conflict off of; as such, only children in animation are somewhat rare. However, just because a sub-group is in the minority doesn't mean that they don't exist. This thread is for acknowledging those few cartoon kids...

The only one I can remember is Akira. I was probably 8 or 9 years old and I remember having to leave the room when the giant teddy bears came out.

I'm going to by this dvd, and if we get an extended cut then I'll buy that too. If everyone skips this dvd because they're assuming an extended cut is going to be released...then the dvds won't sell well and it's likely that we won't get a sequel because of that.

I would got with the Pearl. As DubDub has said it has a very solid OS and for $60/month you can get an 1000minutes/unlimited email/unlimited web-browsing/unlimited texting which is a very good deal. Plus, its nice and small so it can do what you want without being a pain to haul around.
