Wy go wireless to go cheap? As you will get horrible audio quality. As it stands not even the most expensive stereo bluetooth headsets can best a wired in-ear (noise canceling) headphone, a cheap one will be even worse. I say buy a wired headset and when you have the full money get a quality...

You did format the sd card and download the linda file manager, didn't you? Are you rooted and just need the recovery image? You can download a free terminal emulator from the market, once installed bring it up and type su (enter) if it comes back with # you are rooted and can get the recovery...

I know the times i've been up to NY and dug around stores the prices were pretty steep. I dont think your going to find prices much cheaper than the Nokia Store unfortunately. I'm sure some locals might know of some bargains but the numerous times I go I havent found any stellar deals.
