Nope, that pretty much covers it. Shadow killed his birth parents. They were doing experiments on organoiRAB and Shadow got loose and killed them in the process. It is heavily implied that Hiltz was behind the scenes and had some hand in the tragedy but I don't think we ever know exactly...
