That's about the time I noticed the outage at my end... during the local news ~6pm EDT.

Same issue here... I noticed the same thing last night and did a check switch... it took 2 attempts at downloading the guide before it completed. BEV must be having issues... again.

I would say those are a little more than drawbacks in my case... :)

The west CBS HD feed was fine for me. The east feed was HORRIBLE. I didn't bother with CTV, where they simsubbing the CBS feed?

I noticed this occurred at the start of last night's House on Fox. The problem went away when the simsub from Global started. Here's my question; has anyone seen this occur on a show with no simsub?

Got mine a couple of days ago; 1 - 9200 1 - 3100 The Mrs' got a reminder phone call from BEV today so I figured I better get around to changing them. Took about 4 minutes on the 9200 and twice as long on the 3100.

Okay, so it's not just me. :-) That's good news - for me - maybe not for BEV.

I noticed this as well but managed to switch to Sportsnet HD. Also, the SD FOX-E channel was fine during this time (albeit, the quality was horrible).

Good point haystack. I'll try to find out. I'm dreading actually calling them for this discussion, I expect I'll get multiple answers depending who I speak with and then I expect some billing issues. I think I'll pre-emptively spend my savings on recording equipment to use on the phone call. :)

cybrix, I had the very same situation occur. The BEV script monkey had me run all kinds of tests and determined my dish was out of alignment and that I would have to pay $75 for a visit to re-align. Since we were renting (they did the installs, we haven't touched a thing and it had been ongoing...

Well then, I'm still waiting for 2 cards... 3100 and 9200.

Anyone else have a BEV outage? A bunch of our stations have gone out... no signal on them but the weather here is just a little grey and Toronto seems to have even less clouds on the weather radar. Anyone else? It seems like most of my SD stations are gone.

I'm not sure our prices go up because of pirates - more subs just go straight to the bottom line since they are already "competing". Why lower prices based on the number of subs?
