i am thinking about taking some buddies to colorado to go backpacking up the mountains and was wondering if anyone knew where a good place was in colorado where we could shoot some 22s

i am wanting to take some buddies backpacking in the mountains and was wondering if anyone knew of any good areas to go where we can go 3 days up and 3 days down the mountain adn make fires and shoot 22s if not thats fine and as long as its in the mid west i can consider it thank you for your help
