2 things helped fill in my acne scars dents (about 2mm deep) - Silkia camellia oil and Epidermx microderrabrasion. They aren't a quick fix but at least I got excellent results at relatively low costs after a year's faithful use. Now the dents are hardly visible.

I have never drank it for acne purpose but have used it externally on the face to fade post acne red spots. It worked very well. You can try using it on your face also, just dilulte it with water in a ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 (one part of apple cider vinegar to 2 parts or 3 parts of water).
