are carrots bad for the skin?

I think they are bad only if you eat too much. Carrots are rich in vitamin A and if you take in too much your skin may turn yellowish. Eat moderately and they will be great for the skin.

    Silkia Camellia Oil

I've been using it for some time now. It's one of my HGs - the other is Epidermx microdermabrasion. My indented acne scars are filled out because of these two stuff. I can't imagine what else (inexpensively) I could have done to get rid of the scars. I wouldn't say it helps acne, but it heals...

Try something with a high percentage of AHA. I like Alpha Hydrox 12% AHA Souffle but I use it for red marks and blemishes, don't know if it helps those bumps. But I believe a good AHA product is the way to go.

Silkia Camellia Oil - should I stop or continue?

You should tough it through. It will most likely subside very soon and there will be no problem and your skin will be all good. It's the same for jojoba oil. Lots of people have an initial breakout but if they stick it out they won't regret it. Take a few days break and try again.

    home microdermabrasion

It took a little over a year to remove my 2mm-deep pits. I don't consider it expensive. I've tried Neutrogena's and Loreal's home kits and they simply couldn't compare.

    Silkia Camellia Oil question

If it works for deep scars it will surely work for shallow scars. My scars were about 2mm deep and they are hardly noticeable after a year's use. If your scars are less deep than mine I bet they will go away sooner.

Acne in that area is often related to hormones. You could take flax seed oil or evening primrose oil supplements, B5 and zinc. Use BP and aspirin mask to spot treat.
