Lawyer is withdrawing from my case, shall i represent myself to get more time?

What? if you can afford to hire a private lawyer, the court will not stop you. In fact, it's not even optional on your part. If you can afford your own representation, you are not entitled to a court appointed lawyer at all. No matter what, you can substitute your own choice of lawyer any...

Can I still take someone to court and sue them even if I've signed paperwork

If you signed an agreement not to sue (and why you did is beyond me), then it can be binding, yes. What makes an agreement valid is the signatures (and the specifics of the wording, or course, some contracts can't be valid ever). A witness or a notary only verify the signatures, so unless you...

I have no problem with cyclists using their legal right of way, even though common sense says NEVER assume! What does tick me off royally is the cyclist who ignore traffic laws. I pass a busy 3 way intersection every morning, and can't count the number of times I've seen cyclists barely slow...

If you are making a constitutional defense, the case will work it's way up the court system, it does not go directly to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court only hears a tiny percentage of cases every year, and only those it views as having national importance.

Is there any hope for the Astronomy and Space section?

With this new advertising campaign for the movie 2012, and the movie itself out soon, I'm thinking this section is toast as far as any discussion of actual science. Does anyone see any hope that this section will not be totally overrun? I'm thinking I'll just go elsewhere for a few months...

Writing a formal letter to a judge to be let off probation?

If you are still on probation, it's because that is your sentence. The judge is unlikely to reduce it, especially when it was increased due to a violation. If you filed such a motion with the court and were turned down, writing the judge is not going to change it.
