I think majority of the Classic Nicktoons have never been released on DVD (save for Hey Arnold, Doug, and I believe Rugrats, but those are only released via Amazon due to a deal made). Live action show wise, I think only two of their shows had come out but only one or two seasons worth.

If the show is animated in high definition there's more space for that HD master to be held on the Blu-ray, much more. Regular DVD can't handle high definition, so a lesser quality standard definition is created, then compressing that onto the DVD will lessen quality, creating pixelation, etc...

I guess if you have enough useless characters, it balances out the ones that are fanservice. That about right? There's some strong bias if you can seriously argue a cast that includes a cat-woman that loves to be nude, a Shinigami that shows her cleavage in both her uniform and school uniform...

I love these guys, right up there with Acid Bath and Napalm Death in the 90's metal genre for me. I often just feel the itch for some 90's sludge, this band normally takes care of that. Great band.

People like them because they are good, they were grunge but they were a different kind of grunge. They didn't have the same sound as Nirvana or Pearl Jam they were more close to metal and that appealed to a larger crowd since it was the early 90s when they got big.

Bandai has physical rights, but Manga has broadcast and streaming rights. For anime to air on Ani-Monday, they have to go through Manga, and because of that, they can also obtain the streaming rights. I wouldn't switch to the sub, as even though I watched that first, I still enjoy the dub more...
