    Which is a huge insult to not only Kill 'em All, but thrash metal as a whole. Kill 'em All through ...And Justice were albums pioneering the new styles of thrash and speed metal, St. Anger was long drawn out Nu metal released as the genre was dying.

    they're probably not black metal - like I said I don't know much about it - but they're definitely associated with the genre. Great band though. What doom banRAB are you into, out of curiosity. I like all the doom I've heard, and I wanna get into some more.

    Agreed on Howe a million times over. As for Jones, I don't think his playing sounRAB that much like Fripp, even though he did cite him as a major influence, he still has his own rather unique sound IMO.
