    underrated /over rated actors??

Underrated: Daniel Craig, Jim Carrey. I just passed him off as not being a very good actor, until I saw his performance in Enduring Love, he was very good in that. As was Samantha Morton and Rhys Ifans. :) I say Jim Carrey, not for his annoying comedic performances, but for when he's actually...

    Phantom of the Opera

In case you're not aware, the Phantom being discussed here isn't a release of the stage show but a film adaption of the stage show, so it's likely there will be characters and songs not in the stage production. It's the same as with Evita. The DVD of the film adaption is available, but there's...

    The**OFFICIAL**Voice/Singing Help Thread

This is definitely whistle. If you want to strengthen it and work with it be sure to do clean voice singing, and to warm down after a workout. You must do more normal voice singing. Pure and simple

    Texas Chainsaw Massacre

The original TCM is possibly the best horror film ever made. Of all the remakes, I think the next best one is probably the Hollywood remake of a couple of years ago. Better than I thought it would be, thanks mainly to R Lee Ermey's sherriff being the main bad guy rather than Leathreface.

    First Blood

Don't like the genre, but the film itself is quite good if I remember.

    Across The Universe

Havent seen it....but going by trailers/clips I have seen, it looks awful. And reviews so far have been panning it. Both the film and the (general) mess made of most of the Beatle cover versions. I am not a fan of Taymor, I thought her Titus was a mess and who cares about 60's hippies anymore...

    Coasters Comedy Sketches !

Well, I'm afraid I didn't find either of the sketches funny at all. Neither of them raised even a titter from me. In fact, they were so bad that I actually felt embarrassed watching them, and pity for the two guys performing in them. Highly unoriginal and unfunny content. A geek singing a love...

    Difficult question about trilogies

Thought I had it Judge Reinhold was in The Santa Clause 1, 2 & 3, Beverly Hills Cop 1, 2 & 3 but only Beethoven 3 & 4, damn. Eddie murphy is on the brink of three or four trilogies if he makes Dr Dolittle 3 or the Nutty Professor 3.

    Movie game... famous quote

Good afternoon. We're gonna have a great jump today. Okay, first crank a hard cutback as you hit the wall. There's a screaming bottom curve, so watch out. Remember: rip it, roll it, and punch it. lol...:p

    hostel

For anyone who has seen this: Is it actually scary or just really gory? Personally the more gruesome and bloody the film the better, but it's been a long time since a movie scared me. And according to IMDB it's out in the UK on 21st April - long after the rest of the world gets it.

    Favorite b/w movies

Just checking everyone was awake :o thank god I said possibly. The Killing (already mentioned above; Kubrick 1956) also has real time sequences of course; in fact the same times are repeated from the viewpoint of each participant; very clever film.
