    my cell phone wont stop showing "verizon wireless"?

    when i plug in my charger my phone says "verizon Wireless" but then stays like that. It will thurn black for a second for about every 30 btu other then that nothing! it wont turn on. i tried taking the battery out too. This is what happens when i try to turn it on. Will a new battery help?
