I am buying a track bike and swapping the back wheel with a Deep V wheel. The stock bike has a flip flop hub, and that's what I want. Most of the Deep V wheels I see all say "fixed". Can I somehow purchase a fixed rear wheel and turn it into a flop flop? If so, how? Or do they always come flip...

looking to get a new bike, and i'm wondering what would be the best height of a bike would be for me. i'm 5 foot 6 inches tall. i'm buying a single speed/fixed gear.. if that makes a difference. i have the choice of 49cm or 52cm. thanks!
