I want to go to a culinary school. And they offer two programs: Culinary Arts, and Baking/pastry Arts. I have no kitchen experience and is willing to start from the buttom.
I want to know which one has better career opportunites?
I never worked in a kitchen before. I want to work in sushi or chinese restaurant. Do I need a certificate to be a one? I see some restaurant want "Cook Trade Certification" credential. How do I get one?
