    I walk to work 1.5hrs each way 4 times a week - is that enough exercise (just

    want to be healthy and outdoors)? It's about 5 miles each way I would love to lose weight but its not the all consuming result. I want to be healthy and enjoy the fresh air. I do resistance training in-front of the tv so I can get some muscles action too :)
