Well I started my period yesterday and I am going camping tomorrow for 4 nights. I'm going with my family in a big tent and there will be toilets but it is a 5 min walk. What would you recommend me to do and how do I prevent leaking at night in my sleeping bag?
P.S. I can't wear tampons so...
